L'AINE Foundation is a non-profit making organization working to provide training for the Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSMEs) in general and also for would be entrepreneurs.
The foundation in promotion and supporting the emancipation of the vulnerable, particularly women entrepreneurs and youth of the underprivileged psyche, organizes a number of training courses, from scoping a business ideas to growing their businesses beyond their borders. The idea is to reinforce the development capacities and skills of MSMEs, especially of women entrepreneurs and the underprivileged youth through trainings in adapted management techniques and the development of alternative financing so as to make them better social and economic partners.
Apart from the women and the underprivileged youth entrepreneurs training program, L'AINE Foundation customizes training programmes for the micro, small and medium- sized enterprises in general to help them solve the problems in their businesses. The Foundation provides rigorous entrepreneurial training, extensive hands-on project work, and mastery of proven methodologies for managing business. The training also includes a series of guest lecturers periodically, in which recognized entrepreneurs share their experiences and insights.
