Ellen Hagan

Mrs. Hagan is a human resource practitioner with over 25 years’ experience. She is an executive member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana.

Mrs. Hagan has represented the Ghana Employers’ Association (GEA) during International Labour Organisation (ILO) conferences on various occasions.

Additionally, she is a co-founder of Legacy Leadership Girls’ School, a secondary institution which aims at nurturing and guiding the leadership potential in girls.

Her passion for writing has led her to be the very first Ghanaian to produce management training videos in Ghana using Ghanaian actors and presenters, where scenarios typical of the Ghanaian work environment and attitudes are portrayed. The 10 management training videos that she has produced so far, act as a very effective way of correcting behaviour because Ghanaian participants understand the language and culture and therefore identify more readily with the subject during training programmes.

Mr. Tandoh is a management Scientist and a Social Entrepreneur. He is the Chief Consultant of Dilton consult, a consultancy firm dedicated to micro, small and medium scale businesses.

He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture from the University of Ghana and a Post Graduate in Management from Roseworthy College in South Australia.

He also has a Diploma in Computerized Accounting from C.I.T.E Associates, UK, Human Resource Management from School of Administration, University of Ghana, Legon and Certificate in Project Management from Merger @ Associates.

He also has a diploma in writing successful business plans for the purpose of accessing loans either locally or from foreign sources. Mr. Tandoh is a member of the Association of Certified Entrepreneurs. He is the Managing Editor of The Noticeboard, the educative free newspaper for Micro, Small & Medium Scale enterprises.

His areas of specialization include Project Management, Project Proposal / Writing, Feasibility Study, Preparing Successful Business Plans for Loans (Local & Foreign), Micro, Small and Medium scale Business Development, Entrepreneurial Training and Consultancy.

Afua Entsuah is currently a Master in Public Policy (MPP) Candidate at Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida, she served as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar in Ghana. In addition to auditing courses at the University of Ghana and volunteering with local rotary clubs in Ghana, she interned with Busy Internet and L'aine Services Ltd; both internships dealt with aiding entrepreneurs in Ghana.

She has previous experience in micro-finance and has held assistant research positions at the Center for African Studies at the University of Florida. Her interests lie in international foundation work, corporate social responsibility, and corporate, external, and government relations. She is Ghanaian, but has lived in Canada and the United States

Kofy Hagan is young entrepreneur who started a business with three friends in his final year of college.

The business; a publishing company known as Echo House Ghana stemmed from the successful publication of a student's magazine while he was a student of KNUST. Currently, Echo House Ghana has expanded and has 3 products under her belt; Echo KNUST, Echo Legon and Echo Fresha, which are all magazines, made for students of tertiary institutions.

Kofy Hagan holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is currently a Director of First African Marketing Associates (FAMAL), a marketing company that provides direct sales executives for Barclays Bank and Unibank. He is also the Sales and Marketing Director of Echo House Ghana and the Managing Editor of HR Focus Magazine (A magazine published by L'AINE Services Ltd.)

Kofy Hagan is a self-motivated and ambitious gentleman that has a vision of putting up a youth centre and free boarding school in Ghana to combat the problem of child labour and street children in our country.
